Cryptic #13: 4-4-4

My Thirteenth Crossword Hello! Exams are, for now,  over , it's the Easter holidays, and here's a cryptic crossword for you all.  Some very fun definitions here, I reckon, and a few wacky clues. If you like this sort of wackiness, I highly recommend checking out  Avid's blog , which will make you want to punch things. (Sorry in advance). Thank you, as ever, to Jack Keynes for test solving, and fixing *major* errors. You may see a lower output of cryptics than usual from me. I'm trying to explore more avenues of puzzling, so there'll be more Americanisms, for one, and maybe some sort of quiz(!?) down the line. I just don't want to experience burnout cryptic-wise, that's all. Have fun! - GAIS, 28/03/21

Americanism #1: They're All Over

My First American Crossword EXAMS ARE OVER!!! For now, at least. I think they went decently, on the whole. The sciences and English I was worried over, but I think I pulled them off in the end. Anyway, to celebrate, have an *American* crossword. I know, right? Thank you so much to Hagabaka, Quiara, Jack Keynes and MentalPlayground for test solving; however, also thank you to Scoots Baboo , Steve Mossberg , NerdlyWisdom , Avid , Michael X , and Jamie, Matthew, Rachel, Isabel, David and Emily (my American relatives) for getting me into American crosswords. Only now have I discovered just how much fun they are. Have fun! - GAIS, 15/03/21

Cryptic #12: This Could Spell Disaster

My Twelfth Crossword And my last one before Death By Examination. Oh god. What a one to go out on, too. I've finally done it. It's an Alphabet Cryptic, with the title referencing a Tim Vine joke . Thanks to Jack Keynes for test solving - apparently it's not too bad. Have fun! - GAIS, 07x03=21
